Your first steps

Three steps, at your own pace. You can stop or ask questions at any point.

  1. Ask your questions

Book a free 15-minute call, or email us if you’d rather not talk on the phone. There’s no pressure to book anything.

  2. Choose what fits

An assessment, therapy, or both. We’ll help you work out which suits you right now, and explain the costs before you start.

  3. Get support that fits your brain

Sessions in Wahroonga or by telehealth, with breaks, written answers and other adjustments whenever you need them.

MJ Basilio, Principal Psychologist and founder of Psychcare Clinic in Wahroonga
Meet the founder

Hi, I’m MJ Basilio.

I’m the Principal Psychologist and founder of Psychcare. I started the clinic so neurodivergent people, and the people who love them, have somewhere to feel understood rather than fixed.

When you book with Psychcare, you’ll see me from your first appointment to your last. No handovers, and no retelling your story to someone new.

David Hawkins, Senior Clinical Psychologist
