I am dedicated to delivering trauma-focused and trauma-informed care that promotes holistic recovery. With a strong focus on neuroscience, attachment theory, and developmental psychology, I integrate these areas of expertise into my practice. I embrace a neurodiversity-affirming approach, with the aim of creating a safe and inclusive space for all to thrive.

I have the training and experience to conduct assessments of cognitive abilities, learning difficulties, ADHD, and Autism. Together, we can explore your unique situation and determine the best course of action for your needs.

Qualifications

I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Association of Psychology Inc (AAPI). I hold a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and a Master of Science in Medicine (Trauma Informed Psychotherapy) from the University of Sydney. I am also a Certified NeurOptimal Neurofeedback trainer and a Safe and Sound Protocol Provider.
