Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a deposit is required:
- $95.00 for Therapy Sessions
- $295.00 for Specialised Psychological Assessments (such as ADHD, Cognitive, and Autism Assessments)
This deposit is fully deducted from your total appointment fee. Please note that while Medicare rebates are available for eligible therapy sessions, they do not apply to cancellation fees.
Notice Period: We kindly request at least 2 business days' notice to change or cancel your appointment. If we receive less than 2 business days’ notice, your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
