As a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and discover your inner strength.
My work focuses on a range of presentations including Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma, and I have experience working with ADHD and Autistic children, teenagers, and adults. My deep commitment to the well-being of children and families, combined with specialised training in trauma-informed therapies like EMDR, allows me to offer compassionate and effective support to adults who have experienced stressful life events, sexual assault, or developmental trauma.
What makes my approach unique?
- We work together as a team, identifying unhelpful patterns and creating meaningful change.
- I believe in the connection between mind, body, and environment, and we’ll explore how these aspects impact your well-being.
- I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from evidenced based practices and modalities like Attachment-Based Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

My academic background includes undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in psychology from Western Sydney University. Prior to my career as a psychologist, I worked in the field of social welfare, promoting the safety and well-being of children, adolescents, and families.
